Supporting & challenging children & young people in Frankfurt – With your help we become active

Appeal for donations from the Phönix Akademie for the Lotusbüte project to support children and young people

Children and youth development "Lotus Blossom"

Actively supporting and challenging children and young people in Frankfurt

Help us to support socially disadvantaged children and young people!

Your donation enables children and young people to take part in our courses, workshops and training trips. There, the children and young people learn how to use their strength correctly and that success through performance is fun. This boosts their self-confidence, helps their families and increases their future prospects.
The right tone of voice, social behavior and social responsibility are just as important in training as physical fitness. This is good for the little ones and for our society. Help us and make an important contribution – it's worth it. The Asian way of martial arts in particular is gratefully accepted by children and young people as a school of character development: Somehow the children and young people instinctively feel that discipline is good for them.

Would you like to know whether your donation is being put to good use?
With pleasure! Just drop by for a training session.

Phönix non-profit academy for martial and healing arts
In 1990, the physiotherapist/dancer Alexandra Prase-Dreßler and Dr. phil. Thomas Milanowski (with the help of their families) founded the "Weg der Lebenskraft" (Qi Dao) association. The purpose of the foundation was to promote social virtue and harmony through traditional martial and healing arts.

From the very beginning, one of our priorities has been to promote work with children and young people. In cooperation with various municipal institutions and within the children's and youth courses at our school, we have succeeded over the years in making a positive contribution to the development of children and young people in Frankfurt. In 2010, we founded the non-profit Phönix GmbH.

The Lotusblüte project, which was launched in 2011, supports children and young people from socially disadvantaged families in Frankfurt.
