Craniosacral therapy – Visceral therapy – Pediatric osteopathy – Support for athletes
Physiotherapy is the umbrella term for different forms of therapy that are used equally in disease prevention, in the acute and chronic phase, as well as in the rehabilitation of an injury.
The most important question is clarified right at the beginning in the anamnesis: Which form of therapy is the right one for whom in which phase? Together, we evaluate your personal medical history – through an interview, inspection (observation) and palpation (feeling). In the course of the therapy, interim findings are repeatedly interwoven to prevent missteps and ensure joint success.
Don’t put up with complaints any longer, get active. Your body will thank you for it.
The classic form of physiotherapy is suitable for everyone from amateurs to amateur and professional athletes.
The following Speial therapies are offered by our therapists:
Craniosacral therapy – gentle but effective
Craniosacral bodywork is a gentle, soothing and at the same time deeply effective method. Sensitive, precise techniques activate the body to reorganize and regulate itself. You experience deep physical and mental relaxation and alignment. Very suitable for stress-induced illnesses such as tinnitus, CMD, vegetative dystonia and migraines.
Visceral therapy – harmony of the organs
In this form of therapy, the individual organs and their interaction are treated. The organs are directly and indirectly connected to many other body systems and can cause pain or malfunctions there, e.g. in the muscles or in the respiratory system. The organ itself and its immediate neighboring organs and attachments can also be impaired. Examples of applications are organ weaknesses or irritations, prolapses or protrusions.
Pediatric osteopathy – for infants and children
Gentle therapy for babies and children. This therapy often begins with support during pregnancy and birth preparation. The focus here is on the position of the child (pelvic or facial positions), induction of labor and the condition of the mother. Examples of applications after birth can include premature babies, umbilical cord coiling, head deformities, postural asymmetries, adjustment difficulties, e.g. with breathing or digestion and cry babies. The duration and frequency of therapy depend on the development of the infant or child and are adjusted accordingly. After birth, treatment of the mother is very useful and babies without obvious complaints also benefit from newborn screening.
Support for athletes – movement analysis and optimization
Through my many years of coaching, advising and treating athletes, martial artists and dancers – with the background of being one myself – you will benefit from my practical and theoretical knowledge. Through a posture and movement analysis with subsequent correction and advice, incorrect patterns are made aware of and resolved in order to reprogram them so that you are more efficient in your sport, easier on your joints, save energy, are pain-free and thus experience an optimization of your individual sport.
